Board of Managers
Vivion’s Board of Managers has the highest regard for corporate governance. Our corporate governance practices are designed to engender a culture of enduring and uncompromising integrity. The Board of Managers, comprises eight members who each have extensive industry experience and knowledge, resolves matters on the basis of a simple majority in accordance with the Company’s articles of incorporation.
Our Board of Managers has a ‘checks-and-balances’ approach and conducts regular self-evaluation to ensure that it fulfils its remit effectively and complies with the corporate governance procedures that Vivion has implemented.
Ric Clark
Ric Clark is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WatermanClark, a real estate investment and operating company formed in 2020. Previously, Mr. Clark served in various senior roles at Brookfield Asset Management and its affiliates since 1984, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Property Group, Brookfield Property Partners, and Brookfield Office Properties. Under his leadership, the property group grew its assets under management from less than $5 billion to over $200 billion, expanded its investment, operational and asset management capabilities beyond the office sector into the multifamily, industrial, hotel and retail sectors, and extended its geographic footprint beyond North America and Brazil to Europe, Australia, India, and China. Mr. Clark is currently Chairman of the Alliance for Downtown New York and the Downtown-Lower Manhattan Association. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, on the Board of Trustees of the National September 11 Memorial, the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center and the Feinstein Institute of medical Research. Mr. Clark holds a B.S. in business from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Jacob Frenkel Ph.D.
Dr. Jacob A. Frenkel is Chairman Emeritus of the Group of Thirty (G-30), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the financial firm Plus500, and of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics. Previously he was Chairman of JPMorgan Chase International (2009-2020), Chairman and CEO of the G-30 (2001-2011), Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the G-30 (2012-22), Vice Chairman of American International Group, Inc. (2004-2009), and Chairman of Merrill Lynch International (2000-2004). He served two terms as the Governor of the Bank of Israel (1991-2000), and was the Economic Counselor and Director of Research at the International Monetary Fund (1987-91). During 1973-1987 he was on the faculty of the University of Chicago where he was the David Rockefeller Professor of International Economics. He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, a Foreign Honorary Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Distinguished Fellow of the CEPR, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, He is also a Senior Advisor of Temasek International Advisors and a Global Member of the Trilateral Commission. Dr. Frenkel was Chairman of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University (2013-21), Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank (1995-1996), Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (1999-2000). During 2009-19 he served on the Board of Directors of Boston Properties, and of Loews Corporation. Dr. Frenkel holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.
Sascha Hettrich
Vivion’s CEO Sascha Hettrich has more than 35 years’ experience in real estate having held a range of senior positions at different advisory firms. Mr Hettrich was an equity partner of King Sturge Germany, a major shareholder of Knight Frank Berlin and a European equity partner at JLL in Frankfurt, Berlin and New York. Mr Hettrich has also experience as member and chairman of Supervisory of listed real estate companies and acted as chairman as well as acting as Chairman of Advisory Boards of real estate service companies; he also is a member of the Institute for Corporate Governance for the German Real Estate Industry and is a fellow of The Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors, where he served as chairman for the German chapter of the RICS.
Ella (Raychman) Zuker
Ella (Raychman) Zuker has over 15 years of financial sector experience. Part of this experience was provided through Ms Zuker's role as manager at KPMG, leading advisory and audit services for profile client accounts and top financial institutions traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Ms Zuker has specialised in market and liquidity risk, the valuation of financial instruments and hedging. Ms Zuker holds an MSc. in financial mathematics and a BA in Accounting and Economics and is qualified by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
Oliver Wolf
Oliver Wolf has 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Vivion, Mr Wolf worked as Business Unit Director for a Euronext Amsterdam-listed financial service provider, a role which included directorship mandates mainly in the property sector, for both regulated and non-regulated structures. In 2015 Mr Wolf was also appointed as conducting officer by a Luxembourg-based AIF. Among his various qualifications, Mr Wolf holds the title "Diplom-Kaufmann" from the University of Trier.
Jan Fischer
Jan Fischer has more than eight years of experience working in the financial sector, having started his career as a qualified tax advisor. This role included various directorship mandates, mainly in the real estate and private equity industries, for both regulated and non-regulated structures. Mr Fischer holds a BA in financial management and marketing.
Lefteris Kassianos
Lefteris Kassianos is a certified public accountant with over twenty years of professional experience. He is the Chief Financial Officer for Turanco Investment Limited. Previously, he was a Director at KPMG, where he audited European listed real estate companies, and before that served as a manager at Deloitte in Larnaca, Cyprus. Mr. Kassianos is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Sunderland and a B.A. in business studies from The Philips College, Cyprus
Akiva Katz
Mr. Katz has more than 20 years of experience in the asset management sector, with experience in private equity, real estate, M&A and financing. Mr. Katz is a founder and Managing Partner at Bow Street LLC, a global institutional alternative asset management firm. Prior to founding Bow Street, Mr. Katz was a Managing Director at Brahman Capital, a value oriented long/short investment firm. Previously, Mr. Katz worked at Rho Capital Management, a private equity investment firm, and in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch. As well as serving on the Board of Vivion, Mr. Katz sits on the Board of Directors of Veris Residential (formerly Mack-Cali Realty Corporation) and TransAtlantis Funding. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from York University in Toronto and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Our Senior Management team is a multi-disciplinary group of highly experienced, seasoned professionals who each have prior experience in some of the top corporate names in real estate, finance or hospitality. Each is an expert in their field and has joined Vivion because of one central shared goal: the pursuit of excellence on behalf of our Shareholders.
Bert Schröter
Bert Schröter has worked for more than 10 years in tax and accounting advisory and has advised on international tax, fund structuring and M&A, with a special focus on property transactions. Mr Schröter holds a degree in corporate law from the University of Maastricht and a degree in tax from the University of Amsterdam and University of Leiden.
Sven Scharke
Sven Scharke has over 20 years of experience in property leasing and investments. Before joining Vivion, Mr Scharke was a National Director at property consultant JLL and the team leader for Office Leasing Brokerage for all JLL teams across Germany. He previously spent more than 11 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Mr Scharke holds a degree in real estate economics from the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg (IREBS).
Simon Teasdale
Simon Teasdale has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has served as an Operations Director for a number of globally recognised hotel brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group and Best Western Hotels. For the past 12 years, Mr Teasdale has headed various portfolios for a range of different Groups. He uses this experience of leading the delivery of value growth to shareholders, investors and funds in his role as a Managing Director at Vivion.
Dan Irroni
Mr. Dan Irroni (CPA Isr.) has over ten 10 years of experience working in the financial sector. Among his other positions, Mr. Irroni was a Director of International Business at KPMG Israel, leading the international real estate desk. Before that, Mr Irroni was a manager in the IPO unit of KPMG in the Netherlands. Mr. Irroni holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University and B.A. Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University.
