Advisory Board
Vivion’s Advisory Board provides expert advice and assistance to our board of directors. The Advisory Board’s composition, tasks and term are determined by the Board of Directors which is also responsible for appointments and dismissals of its members. Whilst the Advisory Board does not have decision-making powers, it serves as an important source of guidance for the Board of Directors when making strategic decisions for the Group. The Advisory Board’s roles and responsibilities include;

Stefan Kirsten
Formerly a member of the management board of Germany’s largest residential property company, Vonovia SE, Prof Kirsten served as chief finance officer (CFO) from 2011 to 2018. Prior to this, Prof Kirsten was chief executive officer of UAE-based property company Majid Al Futtaim Group (2007 to 2009), Germany’s Metro AG (2000 to 2002) and ThyssenKrupp AG (2002 to 2006). Stefan, who holds a PhD, graduated from the Stanford Executive Program in California in 1996. He has taught at several universities since 1995 and was appointed professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Gelsenkirchen in 2001.
Amir Dayan
Amir Dayan has over a decade of experience in the European real estate sector, mainly focused on Germany. Mr Dayan has a track record of creating high-quality and fast-growing portfolios that deliver attractive returns to investors using modest leverage. Mr Dayan has established a network of contacts and associations that span the breadth of the property and finance markets in Germany and wider Europe.
Beatrice Ruskol
Prior to joining the Company’s Advisory Board, Ms Ruskol has held various senior roles within Vivion’s Shareholder Group since 2010. Beatrice oversees the Group’s finance operations, including financial control and budgeting. One of the longest-standing members of the Shareholder Group, Ms Ruskol also oversees departments such as legal, human resources, business administration and investor relations. Before joining the Shareholder Group, Ms Ruskol worked in the aviation industry for 10 years as a senior financial controller. Ms Ruskol holds a BA in Economics and Business administration.
Board of Directors
Vivion’s Board of Directors has the highest regard for corporate governance. Our corporate governance practices are designed to engender a culture of enduring and uncompromising integrity. The Board of Directors, comprises four members who each have extensive industry experience and knowledge, resolves matters on the basis of a simple majority in accordance with the Company’s articles of incorporation.
Our Board of Directors has a ‘checks-and-balances’ approach and conducts regular self-evaluation to ensure that it fulfils its remit effectively and complies with the corporate governance procedures that Vivion has implemented.
Sascha Hettrich
Chief Executive Officer
Vivion’s CEO Sascha Hettrich has more than 35 years’ experience in real estate having held a range of senior positions at different advisory firms. Mr Hettrich was an equity partner of King Sturge Germany, a major shareholder of Knight Frank Berlin and a European equity partner at JLL in Frankfurt, Berlin and New York. Mr Hettrich is also currently chairman of the board of non-executive directors of German property company TLG Immobilien AG and is a member of the Institute for Corporate Governance for the German Real Estate Industry. Mr Hettrich also served as chairman of the board of directors for the German chapter of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Ella Raychman Zuker
Chief Finance Officer
Ella Raychman Zuker has over 10 years of financial sector experience. Part of this experience was provided through Ms Raychman’s role as manager at KPMG, leading advisory and audit services for profile client accounts and top financial institutions traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Ms Raychman has specialised in market and liquidity risk, the valuation of financial instruments and hedging. Ms Raychman holds an MSc. in financial mathematics and a BA in Accounting and Economics and is qualified by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
Oliver Wolf
Managing Director
Managing director Oliver Wolf has 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Vivion, Mr Wolf worked as Business Unit Director for a Euronext Amsterdam-listed financial service provider, a role which included directorship mandates mainly in the property sector, for both regulated and non-regulated structures. In 2015 Mr Wolf was also appointed as conducting officer by a Luxembourg-based AIF. Among his various qualifications, Mr Wolf holds the title "Diplom-Kaufmann" from the University of Trier.
Jan Fischer
Managing Director
Managing Director Jan Fischer has more than eight years of experience working in the financial sector, having started his career as a qualified tax advisor. This role included various directorship mandates, mainly in the real estate and private equity industries, for both regulated and non-regulated structures. Mr Fischer holds a BA in financial management and marketing.
Senior management
Our Senior Management team is a multi-disciplinary group of highly experienced, seasoned professionals who each have prior experience in some of the top corporate names in real estate, finance or hospitality. Each is an expert in their field and has joined Vivion because of one central shared goal: the pursuit of excellence on behalf of our Shareholders.
Mirko Schwerdtner
Director
Mirko Schwerdtner qualified as a real estate economist (GdW) and has more than 25 years of experience in the housing and real estate industry. After working as a member of the management board of the Terra-Fond Group and as CEO of Saxum AG, Mr Schwerdtner joined the Shareholder Group in 2015 where he has held various senior management positions and been instrumental in shaping the development of the company.
Bert Schröter
Director
Bert Schröter has worked for more than 10 years in tax and accounting advisory and has advised on international tax, fund structuring and M&A, with a special focus on property transactions. Mr Schröter holds a degree in corporate law from the University of Maastricht and a degree in tax from the University of Amsterdam and University of Leiden.
Sven Scharke
Managing Director & Head of Leasing
Sven Scharke has over 20 years of experience in property leasing and investments. Before joining Vivion, Mr Scharke was a National Director at property consultant JLL and the team leader for Office Leasing Brokerage for all JLL teams across Germany. He previously spent more than 11 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Mr Scharke holds a degree in real estate economics from the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg (IREBS).
Simon Teasdale
Managing Director
Simon Teasdale has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has served as an Operations Director for a number of globally recognised hotel brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group and Best Western Hotels. For the past 12 years, Mr Teasdale has headed various portfolios for a range of different Groups. He uses this experience of leading the delivery of value growth to shareholders, investors and funds in his role as a Managing Director at Vivion.
Dan Irroni
Finance Director - UK Hotels CFO
Mr. Dan Irroni (CPA Isr.) has over ten 10 years of experience working in the financial sector. Among his other positions, Mr. Irroni was a Director of International Business at KPMG Israel, leading the international real estate desk. Before that, Mr Irroni was a manager in the IPO unit of KPMG in the Netherlands. Mr. Irroni holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University and B.A. Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University.
