The Queen, which was originally opened as a railway hotel in 1860, occupies a triple-A location in the centre of historic Chester, opposite the city’s main railway station and thus also only two hours from central London. The historic city has a range of attractions, not least the Roman city walls, the famous Chester Zoo and the extensive Grosvenor shopping centre.
The Queen has 221 bedrooms and 10 meeting rooms the largest of which can hold up to 250 delegates. The bedrooms are situated in two wings, The King and The Queen, and are classified as standard, executive or suites. Meanwhile, three dining options are located on the first floor.
