The assets located at Potsdamer Strasse are listed, but modernised 1930s office buildings situated in the vibrant Schöneberg district of Berlin. The district is home to the Berlin University of Art and is famous for, amongst other things, being David Bowie’s home when in Berlin. Potsdamer Strasse is one of the main North-South thoroughfares through the capital city and ends at the north at the world-famous Potsdamer Platz.
